Cleveland Heights Parks

Cleveland Heights is blessed with 140+ acres of historic parks.

The Dugway Brook chain of parks was built over the west branch of the Dugway Brook that runs diagonally across the geographical center of the 8-square mile city. The brook watershed occupies 50% of the city and begins upstream at Cain Park; connects to Schoolhouse Park; Cumberland Park; and Forest Hill Park that is shared with East Cleveland.

The Doan Brook chain of parklands at Shaker Lakes, owned by the City of Cleveland, is leased for management to Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights.

Stand-alone parks include Denison, Barbara H. Boyd; Kenilworth; and the Turtle Park Tot Lot.
